Mark oversees the strategic leadership and management of the Institute. He is responsible for driving all commercial development and innovation and manages key external partners.
Prior to joining Primary Health Care, Mark was a director in GP training and has over 10 years of experience in international and national higher education.
As a highly experienced General Practitioner, Dr Shirley Fung is responsible for the review and implementation of all clinical learning activities and educational programs.
Dr Fung brings unrivaled experience and passion for technology-based education and innovation in general practice, and as a practising GP, combines best practice in learning with the latest understanding of the operational challenges facing today’s GPs.
Michael’s key responsibility is expanding Primary Health Care’s young professional network. He works with Regional Training Providers and Universities, managing all aspects of registrar and medical student placements within Primary Health Care Centres.
Prior to this, Michael spent over three years at Primary Health Care, joining us as part of the Graduate program before working across multiple internal divisions, including Practice Management, Specialists, Physiotherapy and Relationship Management.
Based in QLD, Andrea is responsible for the on-boarding and educational support for all Health Care Professionals in our 14 Medical Centres located in QLD.
Andrea is an RACGP Accredited Activity Provider and an Online Learning Developer. Andrea completed her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment in 2015.
Andrea is the Administrator for our online learning management system, Learn 360 and the Primary Health Care Institute website.
Since joining Primary Health Care in 2009 as a Practice Manager, Marirose has risen through the ranks and is now responsible for the on-boarding and educational support for all Health Care Professionals in NSW.
Marirose is also the Event Coordinator for the Institute, responsible for coordinating and organising all educational seminars.
Prior to working with Primary health Care, Marirose’s background was in HR administration. She has formal qualifications in training and assessing, as well as business management.
Teresa is an Education Support Officer for Primary Health Care, based in NSW. Teresa coordinates and trains all Health Care Professionals for Primary Health Care including, GPs, Specialists, Allied Health & Care Plan Nurses.
Teresa attained her Cert IV in Training & Assessing in 2015, which provides her with the skills to plan and implement quality training with all of our health care professionals.
Teresa provides Clinical Software Support for Medical Director and Medtech users. Teresa is the Administrator for Winscribe Dictation and provides training to all new Specialists utilising this software.
Vaishali’s key responsibility is the provision of clinical software training for Health Care Professionals in Victoria. Via a series of structured workshops and training sessions, she ensures they meet both individual and group learning requirements.
Prior to joining Primary Health Care, Vaishali designed, developed and delivered vocational education and training courses at numerous health care institutes.
Parul started with Primary as a receptionist and has since developed her understanding of the company and clinical software used in daily practice. Her responsibility is to ensure the health care providers of Western Australia and South Australia are trained in using their software, providing technical support when necessary.
Parul’s degree in Physiology and Pathology, coupled with her administrative experience in the company, gives her a keen insight into the Healthcare Industry.
